High speed precision bearing is mainly used in high-speed rotating occasions with light load, which requires high precision, high speed, low vibration at low temperature and certain service life. It is often used as the supporting parts of high-speed motorized spindle. It is the hub of high-speed motorized spindle of internal surface grinder.
The service life of high-speed precision bearing is closely related to the installation. The following items should be noted:
1. The bearing should be installed in a clean and dust-free room. The bearing should be carefully selected and matched, and the bearing spacer should be ground. The parallelism of the spacer should be controlled below 1 um under the condition of maintaining the same height of the inner and outer rings;
2. The bearing should be cleaned before installation. When cleaning, the inner ring slope should be upward, and the hand sensing should be flexible without stagnation. After drying, put in a specified amount of grease. If it is oil mist lubrication, put in a small amount of oil mist oil;
3. Special tools shall be used for bearing installation, and the force shall be even. It is strictly forbidden to knock;
4. The bearing should be kept clean and ventilated, without corrosive gas, and the relative humidity should not exceed 65%. Long term storage should be rust proof on schedule.
In order to improve the actual fitting accuracy of precision bearing installation, it is necessary to use the measuring method and measuring tools that do not deform the precision bearing to carry out the actual precision measurement of the fitting surface dimensions of the inner hole and outer circle of the precision bearing. The whole measuring items of the inner diameter and outer diameter can be measured, and the measured data can be comprehensively analyzed, The size of the installation position of the precision bearing for the shaft and seat hole. The actual measurement of the corresponding size and geometry of the shaft and seat hole should be carried out under the same temperature conditions as the measurement of precision bearing.
In order to ensure a higher actual matching effect, the surface roughness of the shaft and seat hole matching with the precision bearing should be as small as possible.
When making the above measurement, two groups of marks should be made on the outer circle and inner hole of the precision bearing, as well as on the corresponding surface of the shaft and seat hole, on both sides close to the assembly chamfer, which can show the direction of large deviation, so that the large deviation of the two matching sides can be aligned in the same direction during the actual assembly, so that the deviation of both sides can be partially offset after the assembly.
The purpose of making two sets of orientation marks is to compensate the deviation comprehensively. Even if the rotation accuracy of the supports at both ends is improved, the coaxiality error of the seat hole and the journal at both ends between the two supports can be partially eliminated
