Precautions for use of ball bearing

(1) Use the ball screw in a clean environment. Please use it together with the dust-proof cover to prevent dust and dust from entering the ball screw. If dust and powder chips enter into the ball screw due to poor dust prevention, it will not only aggravate the functional landing of the ball screw, but also sometimes it will be blocked due to dust and other reasons, which will damage the circulating parts and lead to serious accidents such as scattered workbench.

(2) Please refer to the relevant items of allowable revolution recorded in the product specification and the product specification confirmation drawing of the company for the application of revolution. If it is used under the condition of exceeding the allowable revolution, it is easy to damage the circulating parts, which leads to the risk of worktable falling. When the vertical axis is adopted, it is suggested to set safety nuts and other protective structures to prevent the scattered of the workbench. Please consult with our company about the protection structure.

(3) If the ball screw nut is used in the overrun, the ball will fall, the circulating parts will be damaged, the track will have indentation and other defects, thus forming the phenomenon of poor operation. If continue to use in this state, it will lead to accelerated wear, cycle parts damage. Therefore, please do not exceed the range. In case of over range application, please ask our company for inspection. Our company will conduct inspection in a paid way.

(4) This product is designed to use temperature limit of 80 degrees below, please do not exceed this temperature conditions. Failure to do so may result in damage to circulating parts and seal cover components
