Bearing fever caused by improper lubrication

1. Due to the lax lubrication management, dirty containers or nonstandard pipeline welding and pickling during refueling and oil change, welding slag, rust and other impurities enter into the oil pipe and block the oil hole, which is more common in the early engineering.
For example, the bearing of the reducer of the raw mill is burnt because the oil circuit is blocked, and the bearing of the reducer of the cement mill is also high temperature for a long time because the oil circuit is blocked by cotton yarn. In particular, when checking the oil quantity of the high-speed shaft bearing of the reducer, it is always hard to see how much oil can be added into the high-speed bearing. After thoroughly removing the oil pipe and blowing it with high-pressure air, it is found that two fine cotton ropes are blocked inside!
In addition, in the process of replacing the reducer bearing, it was also found that the oil inlet hole of the bearing eccentric sleeve was too small (the oil hole of the eccentric sleeve can be one specification larger than the oil hole diameter of the bearing itself), so the oil hole was reamed.
Due to the fact that the bearings of all parts of the hard gear reducer are generally forced lubricated by the thin oil station, and the oil pipes of all lubrication points are in parallel, it is difficult to find the blockage of individual oil pipes from the total oil loading and oil return. Therefore, the experienced maintenance personnel will carefully check the temperature of each oil pipe, and judge whether the oil path is smooth according to the temperature difference of the oil pipe. Generally, the temperature of oil pipe is lower than that of other pipes.
2. Deterioration of lubricating oil (grease) or untimely refueling
The lubricating oil (or grease) used in rolling bearing has a certain working temperature. When the temperature is too high, the bearing seat is filled with water and ash, serious oxidation, emulsification and other deterioration will occur, resulting in the loss of lubrication and burning of bearing due to high temperature. In addition, poor quality of lubricating oil (or grease) or untimely oil (grease) filling during operation are also common phenomena. For example, rain water entering the belt conveyor idler bearing, pulverized coal or raw meal entering the rotary feeder bearing and fuller pump bearing will cause bearing temperature rise or produce abnormal sound.
3. The cooler of lubrication pipeline is clogged by scaling, which makes the cooling effect worse
Especially in summer production, this problem is particularly common, individual manufacturers do not hesitate to increase or series cooler to strengthen the cooling effect. Because of the serious scaling of the high temperature fan cooler, the frequent alarm of the bearing temperature is too high. The more effective treatment method is to carry out pickling and descaling on the cooler before summer every year.
