According to the type, structure, material, batch, technical requirements and tolerance grade of rolling bearing, the production process of different ball bearings is also different.

1、 Processing process:
1. Ferrule: according to the raw materials and blank form of the inner and outer rings of the bearing, the whole processing process of the inner and outer rings is as follows:
Bar material or pipe material (some bar materials need to be forged, annealed and normalized) - machining - heat treatment - grinding - fine grinding or polishing - final inspection of parts - rust prevention - warehousing - (to be assembled and matched)
2. The processing process of steel ball also varies according to the state of raw materials. The processes before milling or polishing can be divided into the following three types, and the processes before heat treatment can be divided into the following two types. The whole processing process is: cold punching of bar or wire rod (ring punching and annealing are required after cold punching of bar) - milling, rough grinding Soft grinding or smooth ball - heat treatment - hard grinding - fine grinding - fine grinding or grinding - final inspection grouping - rust prevention, packaging - warehousing (to be assembled and matched).
3. Roller processing process roller processing varies according to different raw materials. The processes before heat treatment can be divided into the following two types, The whole processing process is as follows: after bar car processing or wire cold heading, string ring belt and soft grinding - heat treatment - string soft points - rough grinding outer diameter - rough grinding end face - final grinding end face - fine grinding outer diameter - final grinding outer diameter - final inspection grouping - rust prevention, packaging - warehousing (to be assembled).
4. Processing process of cage the processing process of cage can be divided into the following two categories according to the design structure and raw materials:
(1) Sheet metal → shearing → blanking → stamping forming → shaping and finishing → pickling or shot peening or cross polishing → final inspection → rust prevention and packaging → warehousing (to be assembled and matched)
(2) Machining process of solid cage: the machining of solid cage varies according to raw materials or rough damage. Before machining, it can be divided into the following four blank types. The whole machining process is: bar material, pipe material, forging, casting - inner diameter, outer diameter, end face, chamfering - Drilling (or broaching, boring) - Pickling - final inspection - rust prevention Packaging - warehousing (to be assembled and matched).
2、 Assembly process of rolling bearing:
Rolling bearing parts, such as inner ring, outer ring, rolling element and cage, shall enter the assembly workshop for assembly after passing the inspection. The process is as follows:
Demagnetization and cleaning of parts → grouping and sorting of inner and outer rolling channel dimensions → sleeve closing → checking clearance → riveting cage → final inspection → demagnetization and cleaning → rust prevention and packaging → entering the finished product warehouse (packing and shipping)
