How to distinguish the working conditions of imported bearings

A: the working condition of imported bearings immediately endangers the driving force and rationality of the car. Now we analyze six simple test methods for the working condition of imported bearings.
(1) Oil cut-off method: when the imported non-standard bearing is idling, block the high-pressure fuel pipe from the diesel oil pump to the fuel injection pump one by one, and investigate the changes of the speed ratio and sound of the imported bearing together. If there is no significant change, it indicates that the cylinder is not working well; If there are obvious changes, it indicates that the cylinder works well.
(2) Temperature sensor method: that is, when the imported bearing works less, touch the exhaust pipe riser of each cylinder. If the tactile temperature is high, it indicates that the oil provided by the cylinder is too large or the oil advance angle is too small, resulting in less optimistic gasoline and diesel consumption; If the tactile temperature is low, it indicates that the oil provided by the cylinder is too small, and the incineration treatment is insufficient or does not work.
(3) Listening method: when the imported bearing works, touch the main fuel injection pump body with a screwdriver to listen to the sound of each cylinder. If the fire and impact sound is violent, the cylinder provides too much oil or provides oil too early; If there is no sound of fire and impact, the oil supplied by the cylinder is too small or the oil supplied is too late or does not work.
(4) Pulse sensing method: when the imported bearing is working, separate and touch the hydraulic oil pipe of each cylinder. If there is a standard pulsating beverage touch, it indicates that the cylinder works very well; If there is no significant pulsating beverage feeling, it indicates that the cylinder is not working well; if there is pulsating beverage feeling but irregular, it indicates that the cylinder has oil cut-off.
(5) Viewing smoke color: there are generally three kinds of abnormal organic waste gas smoke, namely gray black, dark blue and milky white. If abnormal organic waste gas is discharged from the steam exhaust pipe, it indicates that each cylinder works abnormally; If it is discharged intermittently, it indicates that the individual cylinder works abnormally. Remove the exhaust pipe riser and investigate the smoke exhaust system of each cylinder.
