1. What's the problem with sealing. In particular, some bearing end caps must be infiltrated with lubricant. When the pH value of lubricant is lower than 6, the bearing will be eroded rapidly, and the steel ball can not rotate normally, resulting in rust death of imported bearing and running into the inner and outer rings. In serious cases, the rubber itself and mandrel will be damaged.

2. The problem of axial force of imported bearing. In addition to the rust and damage caused by lubricant invasion, the bearing will continue to be "loose", that is, the bearing steel balls will fall from the "flower basket" onto the barrel, causing serious damage to the surface of printing plate barrel, eraser barrel and glue.

General solutions are: change the glue itself and set a reliable sealing structure to avoid lubricant infiltration into the bearing. Adjust the imported bearing to make the bearing have proper side clearance and axial force, so as to prevent the damage of mechanical equipment caused by the looseness of the bearing.
