The dovetail guide rail sound of imported bearings and the raceway sound of control measures are a kind of sliding and continuous sound generated by the overturning body of non-standard bearings overturning on the dovetail guide rail surface when one side bearings are running. It is a unique basic sound generated by all overturned bearings. The general sound of imported bearings is the sound of dovetail guide rail plus other sounds.

The noise of ball bearing dovetail guide rail is irregular, its frequency is above 1000Hz, its main frequency does not change with the speed ratio, but its total noise coefficient increases with the increase of the speed ratio. For bearings with high raceway noise, the noise coefficient of raceway noise decreases with the increase of viscosity, but when the viscosity of bearings with low raceway noise increases to more than 20mm ^ 2 / s, the noise coefficient changes from decrease to increase to a certain extent. The greater the stiffness of the bearing with seat, the smaller the total noise figure.

When the axial backlash is too small, the total noise figure and dominant frequency of drum sound increase greatly with the decrease of axial backlash. The method to control the sound of rollers is to use low-noise imported bearings, i.e. small corrugated bearings, and carefully select the application standards. Drum noise often endangers the noise of all machinery and equipment. Reducing the sound of dovetail guide rail can reduce the noise of all machinery and equipment.

Impact sound of turnover body and its control measures when large-size ball bearing or cylindrical roller bearing runs at low speed under pure axial load, due to the small centripetal force of turnover body, the turnover in non load area will impact ball bearing or dovetail guide rail and transmit noise. But as the speed ratio increases, the noise will disappear. The control measures for the impact sound of turnover body are to moderately reduce the axial side clearance, apply effective structure, and import bearings with smooth ball bearings.
